“The Shops at Columbus Circle ‘Broadway Under The Stars Ticket Giveaway’ Sweepstakes”
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR D.C. WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. U.S. LAW GOVERNS THIS SWEEPSTAKES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The “The Shops at Columbus Circle ‘Broadway Under The Stars Ticket Giveaway’” sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who, as of the date of entry and, if selected, as of the date of prize fulfillment:
are legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and
are 18 years of age or older.
Eligibility determinations will be made by A/R Retail LLC (“Sponsor”) in its sole discretion and will be final and binding. Void where prohibited by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD & ENTRY PERIODS
The Sweepstakes will run between November 13, 2025 and December 18, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) and will consist of multiple entry periods tied to various Broadway Under The Stars ticket giveaways (“Entry Periods”).
The specific Entry Period dates, the number of prizes available, and any Entry-Period-specific details will be listed on in-center signage or other Giveaway Announcements.
Only entries received during the applicable Entry Period will be eligible for that Entry Period’s drawing.
3. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary.
During an Entry Period, entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by:
Scanning the QR code provided at Guest Services within The Shops at Columbus Circle; and
Submitting their full name and valid email address via the prompted entry form.
By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that they are signing up to receive email communications from The Shops at Columbus Circle and the Sponsor. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
Limit: one (1) entry per person per Entry Period unless stated otherwise in the applicable Giveaway Announcement.
Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. All entries must be received within the applicable Entry Period to be eligible.
4. WINNER SELECTION
For each Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about the date specified in the Giveaway Announcement from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Entry Period.
Limit: one (1) prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, unless otherwise stated.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via the email address submitted at entry on or about the date specified in the applicable Giveaway Announcement.
The potential winner must claim their prize within the timeframe specified in the notification (which may be as short as 48–72 hours) by following all instructions provided.
Sponsor may require potential winners to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity/Liability Release, and/or IRS Form W-9. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor may require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor.
6. PRIZES
For each Entry Period, one or more winners will receive:
Two (2) tickets to attend a Broadway show or event designated by Sponsor (each, a “Prize”).
The specific show, performance date, seat location, and any associated details will be determined by the participating show and/or Sponsor in their sole discretion and may vary for each Entry Period. Tickets may be for performances on weekdays, weekends, matinees, previews, or special dates, subject to availability.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize and the number of Prizes available will be as listed in the applicable Giveaway Announcement.
Winners are responsible for any costs not expressly included (e.g., travel, transportation, parking, meals, incidentals). Prizes are awarded “as is.”
No prize substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary (including if a performance is canceled or rescheduled).
Winners must comply with all venue rules, show policies, and any third-party terms associated with the use of the tickets. Violation of any venue policy may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
7. GRANT OF RIGHTS
By entering, entrants grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability associated with participation, prize acceptance, or prize use, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data-related claims, except to the extent prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or misdirected entries, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes or any Entry Period if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may disqualify any individual it determines has violated these Official Rules or tampered with the entry process.
All federal, state, and local laws apply.
10. DISPUTES
All disputes will be governed by New York law. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in New York County, NY.
Entrants waive any right to class action and agree that damages will be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses.
11. PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

12. WINNER LIST
For a list of winners (first name, last initial, and state) available after January 31, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

A/R Retail LLC. All Sponsor decisions are final.
