From Momofuku’s kitchen to yours, enjoy the Holiday Bo Ssäm — a pineapple glazed tender, pork shoulder dusted with fall spices — at home alongside your favorite Thanksgiving sides. This pick-up pack includes scalloped potatoes with pecorino and gruyere, long bean and mushroom casserole, and a mixed salad along with a dozen King’s Hawaiian rolls with garlic butter and sauces for all your leftover sando cravings. To complete the pack, we’ve included a special dessert of pineapple bread pudding. This meal kit feeds 8 to 10 people for $425 + tax.
