O&CO., founded in 1996, was born from a passion for the olive tree, olive oils, Mediterranean foods and lifestyle products. Its mission was to provide a means for customers to discover the remarkable olive oils and products being produced in the region. O&CO.’s first product, a vintage olive oil sampler of eight oils, ultimately led to an expanded line of more than 20 distinctive and carefully selected extra virgin olive oils and olive-related products. The first O&CO. boutique opened in 1998 on the Ile St. Louis in Paris. Each store is a portal for transporting the consumer to this world of sun, sea, and olives, and as the consumers taste the various products, they can learn about each olive oil’s region and the artisans who created the oil. O&CO. tells the stories of the artisans who dedicate their lives to producing authentic goods and preserving traditions. While olive oils remain the company’s foundation, an extensive collection of vinegars, olives, tapenades and spreads, traditional crackers, sweets, as well as a range of organic skin-care complement our mission to share the Mediterranean lifestyle with you.
