All That Jazz
A look from Ted Baker.
Did you know that one of New York City’s hottest musical venues, Jazz at Lincoln Center, is set right inside The Shops at Columbus Circle? Throughout the summer, Sessions at the Circle gives visitors get extra special access to Jazz at Lincoln Center with a free concert series at The Shops at Columbus Circle that highlights top jazz performers and previews the upcoming season.
This is jazz like you’ve never experienced it — in a sophisticated setting with Central Park and Columbus Circle as the backdrop. And unlike so many other free concerts in New York City, there’s no need to worry about the elements.
Stop by the new Ted Baker beforehand to pick up a stylish ensemble for the event; the shop’s retro-chic designs set just the right tune (they'll also be outfitting the songbird Allyson Briggs, who is performing on August 30). Want to have a bite while you listen to the harmonies? Pick up provisions at Bouchon Bakery, like a tuna niçoise sandwich on palladin bread and the irresistible TKO (Thomas Keller Oreo).

Then head to the second floor to hear the performers and see them in the finest looks from The Shops at Columbus Circle. Saxophonist, flutist, and vocalist Camille Thurman (July 26), who has been compared to Ella Fitzgerald, will be wowing the audience in J.Crew. The Lucky Brand-bedecked Jazz for Young People (August 9) will introduce guests to the music and culture of New Orleans. And you won’t want to miss rising jazz artist Riley Mulherkar (August 2), honoring the tunes of Dizzy Gillespie and looking smart in Robert Graham.
